Directions

Cut: Brisket
Prep: Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
Method: Smoker or pellet grill
Instructions:

  1. Preheat smoker to 225°F.
  2. Season brisket generously and smoke fat-side up.
  3. Smoke for 10–12 hours until internal temp reaches 203°F.
  4. Wrap in butcher paper at 165°F, rest for 1 hour before slicing.
