Longhorn Short Ribs (Braised)

Rich and tender, these ribs fall off the bone after slow braising.

Directions

Cut: Bone-in Short Ribs
Prep: Red wine, beef broth, onion, garlic
Method: Dutch oven or covered roasting pan
Instructions:

  1. Sear ribs, then add liquid and aromatics.
  2. Cover and braise at 325°F for 2.5–3 hours.
  3. Meat should be fork-tender. Serve with reduced sauce.
