Our Story

Jake and his spouse Shannon, both Army Veterans, along with their five wonderful children, have recently completed their service and decided to begin the next chapter of their lives in Robertson County, Texas. Operating as a local small family farm, they specialize in raising Longhorn Cattle to directly serve their valued customers. Their product offerings include premium beef, available in quartered, half, and whole cow formats, as well as specific cuts. Their mission is to provide beef cuts that are not only rich in organic, grass-fed protein but also low in cholesterol. Furthermore, they strive to offer significantly better value compared to typical store-bought meat —all at a reasonable price.
